From Reservation Through Delivery.
Once you are ready to purchase a Certified equipment package, Embellishr coordinates the transaction and equipment transition through a structured project process.
Reserve the Equipment. Remove It From the Market.
The Reservation Deposit marks the Certified equipment package as sold and removes it from active marketing while the buyer completes final payment and any applicable financing requirements.
Your Certified Equipment Transition Timeline.

01 Is the $5,000 Reservation Deposit applied toward my purchase?
Yes. The Reservation Deposit is applied in full toward the final Certified equipment purchase price.
It is not an additional charge above the agreed equipment price.
02 Why is a Reservation Deposit required?
The deposit confirms the buyer's intent to complete the purchase, allows Embellishr to mark the package sold, and removes the equipment from active marketing while final payment is completed.
03 When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining Certified equipment balance is generally due within 10 business days after the Reservation Deposit is received.
Different timing may apply when lender documentation, lien payoff, or another written transaction requirement affects the funding schedule.
04 What payment methods are accepted?
Final payment is generally completed by wire transfer, ACH, or lender funding according to the instructions provided by the Embellishr accounting team.
Buyers should only remit funds using payment instructions delivered through confirmed Embellishr communication channels.
05 Does project scheduling begin after the deposit?
Preliminary project planning may begin after the Reservation Deposit, but onsite service, teardown, crating, and freight scheduling generally move forward after final cleared funds are received.
06 How long does teardown and shipment usually take?
Timing varies by equipment type, seller availability, technician scheduling, parts requirements, crating scope, freight availability, and buyer receiving readiness.
When professional teardown is required, buyers should generally expect the transition to take several weeks rather than immediate shipment. Your project manager will provide updates as dates are confirmed.
07 What happens if the onsite inspection identifies a problem?
Embellishr documents the concern and works with the seller to determine the appropriate resolution before the equipment is prepared for shipment.
The resolution may involve repair, parts replacement, an updated disclosure, or another written agreement depending on the issue and transaction terms.
08 Are freight and installation included in the equipment price?
Freight, installation, training, rigging, forklift service, storage, and other project expenses are not automatically included unless they are specifically identified in the buyer's written proposal or invoice.
These services are generally funded by the buyer and coordinated according to the selected project scope.
09 When should I prepare my facility?
Facility preparation should begin as early as possible after the purchase is confirmed.
Buyers should review electrical, gas, compressed air, ventilation, water, drainage, doorway, ceiling-height, floor-space, forklift, and placement requirements before delivery or installation is scheduled.
10 How is installation scheduled?
Installation is scheduled after freight timing, technician availability, and buyer facility readiness are confirmed.
Buyers must complete applicable utility and receiving requirements before the technician arrives. Delays caused by incomplete facility preparation may require installation to be rescheduled.
11 Is installation the same as operator training?
No. Installation covers equipment placement, assembly, setup, startup, and applicable operational testing.
Operator training is a separate service unless it is specifically included in the buyer's written project scope.
12 Will I receive project updates?
Yes. Your Embellishr project contact provides updates as funding, inspection, teardown, crating, freight, delivery, and applicable installation milestones are confirmed.
