04 HOW SELLERS GET PAID
STRUCTURED SELLER PAYMENT

Paid as the Transaction Progresses.

Buyer purchase funds are secured before the equipment is released. Seller proceeds are then distributed in two stages around shipment and confirmed delivery.

FIRST RELEASE 50%

When Equipment Ships

Once the equipment is prepared, loaded and shipment is documented, 50% of the seller's applicable net proceeds are released.

+
FINAL RELEASE 50%

After Delivery Confirmation

The remaining seller balance is released when the buyer confirms receipt or 72 hours have passed from documented delivery without a material discrepancy being reported.

01 Buyer Funds

Purchase funds secured before release.

02 Equipment Ships

Loading and shipment are documented.

03 50% Released

First seller payment.

04 Buyer Receives

Delivery confirmation period begins.

05 Final Balance

Released after confirmation.

72
HOURS FROM DOCUMENTED DELIVERY A confirmation period — not a return policy.

The buyer confirms that the equipment and included items were received materially consistent with the agreed description and packing list. If no material discrepancy is reported during the confirmation period, the remaining seller balance is released.

!
What if the buyer reports a material discrepancy?

The seller is notified and given the opportunity to address the documented issue. The applicable remaining funds stay securely held while the matter is reviewed and resolved. Once resolved, the appropriate remaining seller proceeds are released.

05 EQUIPMENT WITH LIENS
Financed Equipment

A Lien Doesn't Automatically Mean You Can't Sell.

Equipment with an outstanding loan or lien may still be eligible for resale. The important part is identifying the lien early and properly coordinating payoff and ownership-transfer requirements.

For eligible transactions, Embellishr can work with the seller and applicable lienholder to coordinate payoff information and documentation required to move the transaction forward.

01 Disclose the Lien

Tell us when you submit your equipment.

02 Confirm Payoff

Current lender and payoff information is obtained.

03 Coordinate the Transaction

Applicable payoff requirements are incorporated into the sale.

04 Complete the Transfer

Required lienholder documentation is addressed as part of closing.

Important

Existing liens should be disclosed when the equipment is submitted. Early disclosure gives Embellishr the best opportunity to determine whether the equipment can be sold and how the payoff should be handled.

06 GETTING EQUIPMENT OFF YOUR FLOOR

Selling the Machine Is One Thing. Moving It Is Another.

Embellishr's equipment network can support the physical project surrounding the sale so logistics don't become the reason a good transaction falls apart.

01 Inspection

Operational and condition documentation when applicable.

02 Disassembly

Professional teardown by qualified equipment technicians.

03 Custom Crating

Equipment protected and professionally prepared for transportation.

04 Loading

Loading coordination around the equipment and freight plan.

05 Freight

Professional transportation coordination to the buyer.

06 Storage

Available when equipment needs to leave before final delivery.

CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED White-Glove Seller Support

For qualifying Certified equipment, applicable equipment preparation, transaction management and seller-side project coordination are built into the Certified Pre-Owned program.

EMBELLISHR MARKETPLACE Add Services Where Needed

07 SELLER QUESTIONS

The Important Stuff. Without the Fine-Print Overload.

Quick answers to the questions sellers usually need before moving forward.

01 What does it cost to sell equipment with Embellishr? +

Fees depend on the selling path and level of support. Marketplace equipment is activated as an individual listing after review, while Certified Pre-Owned is a professionally managed resale program with its applicable service structure.

Applicable listing, service or transaction costs are communicated before you commit to moving forward.

02 Do I choose Certified Pre-Owned or Marketplace? +

No. You do not need to determine that before submitting.

Embellishr reviews the equipment, condition, resale opportunity and project requirements to determine the strongest available selling path. Qualifying equipment may be considered for Certified Pre-Owned.

03 How is my equipment priced? +

Pricing considers factors such as manufacturer, model, age, configuration, condition, operating status, included accessories, market demand and comparable resale opportunities.

The goal is to create a realistic market position that attracts buyer interest while protecting appropriate seller value.

04 Can I sell equipment that still has a lien? +

Potentially, yes. A lien does not automatically prevent a sale, but it must be disclosed.

For eligible transactions, Embellishr can help coordinate current payoff information and applicable lienholder requirements as part of the transaction.

05 When do I get paid? +

Buyer purchase funds are secured before equipment release.

50% of the applicable seller net proceeds are released when the equipment ships and shipment is documented. The remaining balance is released when the buyer confirms receipt or 72 hours after documented delivery if no material discrepancy has been reported.

06 What happens if the buyer reports an issue? +

A buyer may report a documented material discrepancy during the delivery confirmation period.

The seller is notified and given an opportunity to address the issue. The applicable remaining funds stay securely held while the matter is reviewed and resolved.

The confirmation period is not intended to function as a general satisfaction guarantee or return period.

07 Who handles disassembly, crating and shipping? +

It depends on the selling path and project.

Qualifying Certified Pre-Owned equipment receives applicable white-glove project support. Marketplace transactions can add professional inspection, disassembly, custom crating, loading, storage and freight services as needed.

08 Do I have to accept a Marketplace offer? +

No. Marketplace allows buyers to submit offers. You can review the offer and, when applicable, accept, decline or counter before an agreement is reached.

09 What happens once my equipment sells? +

Once the transaction is secured, Embellishr coordinates the applicable next steps around payment, scheduling, equipment preparation, pickup and shipment.

The exact project scope depends on whether the equipment is Certified Pre-Owned or Marketplace and which professional services are included in the transaction.
