Preliminary planning may begin after your deposit. Technician, teardown, crating, and freight scheduling generally begin after final cleared funds are received.
How long does delivery take?
Timing depends on the equipment, technician availability, preparation requirements, and freight scheduling. Projects requiring professional teardown generally take several weeks rather than shipping immediately.
Are freight and installation included?
Not automatically. Freight, installation, training, and other project services are included only when specified in your written proposal or invoice.
What do I need to prepare before delivery?
Confirm your facility's space, access, utilities, and unloading requirements. Your Embellishr team will help identify applicable requirements for your equipment.
