Nicole Pape has over 18 years of industry experience. Starting with reclaiming screens for Reebok, she ventured into manual printing, transitioned to automation, and became a partner in a major commercial contract embellisher on the West Coast. Her time with ROQ US gave her valuable insights into new equipment manufacturing, sparking her passion to solve niche industry problems, which led to the birth of Embellishr in 2022.

Thomas Pape, Co-Owner, brings over 14 years of experience in building screen print and embroidery companies alongside Nicole. With a passion for embroidery, he complements Nicole’s screen print expertise, creating a harmonious balance. Thomas has grown operations from the ground up, transforming businesses into prominent, well-respected contract embellishers.

Thomas also boasts a long-standing professional career in software engineering. He leads Embellishr's tech side, driving the development of a new platform set to launch soon. With a dedicated software team under his guidance, Embellishr is excited to present a user-friendly platform, ensuring a seamless experience for both buyers and sellers for years to come.
