Douthitt CTS & Exposure Package

The Douthitt CTS & Exposure Package offers an efficient solution for screen printing shops looking to modernize their prepress workflow, improve registration accuracy, and reduce screen preparation time. Featuring the Douthitt CTS 30 Wax Computer-to-Screen System, this package eliminates the need for traditional film positives by imaging designs directly onto emulsion-coated screens, helping reduce consumable costs and streamline production.

Paired with a Ryonet FX 23" x 31" Exposure Unit retrofitted for wax CTS applications, this package provides an integrated solution for imaging and exposing screens. The included computer, software, and dongles provide the supporting components needed for the CTS workflow. Ideal for shops handling frequent job changes or high screen volumes, this package helps improve consistency, reduce setup time, and keep production moving efficiently.
