About This Equipment

What this equipment does, where it fits in production and the capabilities that matter.

The ROQ ID-PRESS is a compact, fully automatic heat-press platform purpose-built to eliminate the production bottlenecks created by repetitive small-format DTF applications. Designed for inside neck labels, sleeve prints, chest emblems, pocket logos, and other specialty transfers, it gives high-volume shops a dedicated automated solution for work that would otherwise consume valuable time on manual heat presses or tie up larger automated equipment.

Built on the proven ROQ IMPRESS platform, the ID-PRESS combines an 8-pallet carousel, four independently controlled automatic heat presses, automatic transfer feeding and peel-off, and dedicated pre-press and post-press stations into one fully synchronized production cycle. Its built-in feeding system precisely positions transfers for accurate, repeatable placement, helping deliver consistent results with minimal operator intervention.

Capable of producing up to 400 pieces per hour with a single operator and up to 600 pieces per hour depending on operating mode, the ID-PRESS dramatically increases small-format DTF output while reducing operator workload, improving consistency, and freeing larger production equipment for the jobs it was built to handle.

With a compact footprint and a 5.9" × 7.9" heat-press area, the ROQ ID-PRESS turns some of the smallest transfers in your shop into a fast, repeatable, high-volume automated workflow.
