About This Equipment

The ROQ ID-PRESS is a compact, fully automatic heat-press platform built specifically to take repetitive small-format DTF applications off your manual presses and out of the way of larger production equipment.

Designed for inside neck labels, sleeve prints, chest emblems, pocket logos, and other small transfers, the ID-PRESS combines an 8-pallet carousel with four automatic heat presses, automatic transfer feeding and peel-off, and dedicated pre-press and post-press stations for a fully synchronized production cycle.

Capable of producing up to 400 pieces per hour with a single operator and up to 600 pieces per hour depending on operating mode, it dramatically increases output compared with manual heat pressing while reducing operator intervention and improving consistency.

With its compact 5.9" x 7.9" pressing area, the ROQ ID-PRESS gives high-volume shops a dedicated automated solution for the small applications that can create surprisingly big production bottlenecks.
