The SAATI LTS E70B is a self-contained, high-efficiency direct laser imaging and exposure unit built for precision and reliability in screen printing. With its vertical, glass-free design and integrated software, it eliminates the need for film positives or vacuum, offering a streamlined and cost-saving solution for modern print shops.
Screen Capacity: Designed to image and expose one screen up to 25" x 36" (640 x 920 mm), making it a strong fit for shops working with standard-size frames and consistent production needs.
Resolution: Powered by a planar array of 64 lasers with resolution options of 1270 and 2540 DPI, it delivers sharp detail, high-definition images, and thorough curing of all emulsions and stencil films, including high-density applications.
Ease of Use: Operated via PC with user-friendly software, the unit supports optional RIP programs and processes 1-bit TIFF file formats, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of workflows.
