Product Details:

The SAATI LTS 6080 is a self-contained, high-efficiency direct laser computer-to-screen imaging and exposure unit designed to streamline your screen printing workflow. Capable of imaging and exposing screen printing frames up to 85x110 cm (33.5" x 43.3"), or multiple smaller stencils simultaneously, this system eliminates the need for vacuum or film positives. With its 96-laser diode array and resolution settings up to 2540 DPI, the LTS 6080 delivers precise, high-resolution imaging for even the most intricate designs.

Controlled by a PC compatible with RIP software, the system simplifies pre-exposure registration by allowing printers to digitally drag and drop images onto locked frames. By bypassing traditional steps like producing and registering film positives, the SAATI LTS 6080 reduces both time and cost, eliminating the need for expensive consumables such as film, ink, and printers.

With low power consumption, a 10,000-hour laser life, and minimal maintenance required, this unit is ideal for maximizing productivity while maintaining outstanding imaging quality.
